Hai Van Tran

Hai Van Tran, age 56, died Thursday, August 10, 2006 at Memorial Health University Medical Center. He was born in Vietnam on February 25, 1950, the oldest of six children. He moved to the United States in 1975. For over twenty years, he owned and operated Hong Tan Oriental Grocery Store. He was a member of Nativity of Our Lord Catholic Church. Survivors include his wife, Rhonda Tran; two daughters, Hong Tran and Diem Tran; son, Tan Tran, all of Savannah.

Prayer Services will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Saturday, August 12, 2006 thru Monday, August 14, 2006 at the Islands Chapel of Fox & Weeks Funeral Directors.

Funeral Mass will be 10:00 a.m. Wednesday, August 16, 2006 at Nativity of Our Lord Catholic Church in Thunderbolt.

Burial will follow in the Catholic Cemetery.
